Information We Collect
When you use our calculators and roadmap tools, we store your quiz answers and roadmap progress locally in your browser (localStorage). This data never leaves your device unless you choose to submit a lead form.
When you submit a lead capture form, we collect: name, email, phone (optional), city, province, buying timeline, and budget range.
How We Use Your Information
Lead form submissions are used solely to connect you with the licensed professional you requested. Settled In may receive a referral fee for successful connections.
CASL Compliance
We obtain express consent before sending commercial electronic messages. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@settledin.ca.
Third Parties
We use Resend for email delivery. Lead information is shared with the specific mortgage broker or realtor you request to be connected with. We do not sell your data to third parties.
